L’azienda leader nell’automazione industriale indica le quattro aree chiave per la gestione del rischio industriale
Milano, 18 Luglio 2017 – Ovunque nel mondo, le aziende industriali sono alle prese con la gestione del rischio; incidenti come richiami di prodotti, violazioni di dati e infortuni dei lavoratori, hanno conseguenze immediate e possono avere un impatto sui clienti, sul personale, sulla proprietà intellettuale e sui profitti.
La gestione del rischio dovrebbe essere focalizzata sugli ambiti nei quali sorgono i problemi. In molti casi ciò interessa l’infrastruttura di automazione e Rockwell Automation ha individuato le quattro aree chiave per gestire il rischio all’origine, nello specifico:
· Obsolescenza delle attrezzature: l’ammodernamento dei sistemi di produzione può svolgere un ruolo fondamentale nel ridurre i tempi di fermo e migliorare la qualità e la sicurezza.
· Qualità: sfruttare la potenza dei dati operativi esistenti può migliorare la gestione della qualità e favorire la conformità ai requisiti normativi.
· Sicurezza: consolidare il valore della sicurezza in ambiti chiave quali cultura aziendale, rispetto della conformità e investimenti, contribuisce a ridurre il numero di incidenti e a migliorare le performance di produzione.
· Protezione: adottare il concetto di protezione in tutta l’azienda, dalla produzione ai livelli manageriali, aiuta a salvaguardare le persone, la proprietà intellettuale e gli asset fisici.
